We started Made With Lau to honor and share the legacy of our wonderful parents, Jenny and Chung Sun Lau. I haven't done a whole chicken with this marinade but I've a whole and half turned breast roasted in the oven and it turned out phenomenal.

There are different ways to cook chicken thighs, but I've got to tell you, this is one of my favorite recipes because of its simplicity and the killer chicken thigh marinade it uses. I like to whip up the marinade in the morning and let the thighs marinate during the day, and then cook them in the evening for dinner. I made the recipe as given except for that I doubled the garlic as well as a sesame seed oil for personal preference.Though I have also seen a doner kebab fakeaway made cheapter, by swapping the lamb for 50 percent lamb and 50% pork. With homemade doner meat cooked in the air fryer, all your usual salad items and a real fakeaway treat.

personally, I would either leave it out as it contains many of the ingredients that are already in the marinade. Then whilst we were making our air fryer cookbook ( you can find out more about it here) I suggested that as we have made an air fryer meatloaf before, we could easily take the same concept and convert our slow cooker recipe for doner kebab to the air fryer and make an air fryer doner kebab. They mention it's absolutely sensational, adds a real spicy kick to virtually any meat or vegetable dish and is great value for money. You mention the taste of maple syrup in the intro, but have honey listed in list of ingredients, followed with “(or maple syrup)”. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees F for 25-30 minutes with the skin side up, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. The marinade and anything that you add to it will be safe to eat as long as you cook it to 165F or higher. Got this on some boneless skinless thighs and a bunch of chicken tenders for about 90 minutes, Fired up the gas grill in indirect mode,, medium. Lately we only use chicken thighs (not breasts) and I've been using Trader Joe's Soyaki sauce with wonderful results on the grill but this blew soyaki out of the water!Never left a review for a recipe but chicken can be challenging to make delicious but this recipe will have everyone asking for seconds and for the recipe too. but this also tastes similar to how my mother use to make her regular pork ribs when I was a kid (about 50 years ago). We did exactly that in the middle of testing recipes for the air fryer cookbook and this new fakeaway kebab recipe was born and its just so good that we have made it several times now. Target 160F and let rest for 5 minutes during which the internal temperature will continue to rise to 165F.
