I must say My expectations were met, and I was pleasantly surprised by how consumed I am by my own mind and thoughts. I wouldn't be interested in reading a book about how to be confident, if someone hasn't recommended to me. I can however see myself going back to sections and they are short, easy to digest and cover individual topics nicely.

Rubin's angle here isn't telling readers to do something -- rather, it's to share her own experience in hopes of inspiring readers to think differently about their own happiness. The style that it has been written it makes it an interesting read that is very easy to digest; James’ personality comes across in the writing also. I will say though, if you're looking for life advice from someone who is more-or-less a social media influencer, you would be better served by reading Grace Helbig's Grace's Guide: The Art of Pretending to be a Grown Up. In the every increasing world of social media, now more than ever we can get trapped in cycle of negativity. It has lots of little tips and exercises that you can start implementing straightaway, to gradually start conquering your fears and to finally start living the life that you have only dreamt of previously. In three parts, Sincero's book outlines "How You Got This Way," "How to Embrace Your Inner Badass," How to Tap Into the Motherlode" and, finally, "How to Get Over Your B. Can always rely on James to get straight to the point and help you understand things in black and white. Dr Jessamy Hibberd and Jo Usmar will provide you with the tools to build your self-esteem and boost your wellbeing, to realise your full potential and happiness.
